The Role
This is a junior social-first content-producing role across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, covering football through the lens of fashion, music, sport, and internet culture. You'll help shape our creative direction and bring posts to life — owning the process from idea to published post, to grow our audience. This is not a videographer/photographer position. It's a behind-the-scenes strategy, editing, and design role for someone who wants real creative ownership.

What You'll Do

  • Help shape content strategy and direction to grow our social channels

  • Concept and create story-driven posts that sound and feel like Blitzfits

  • Source content including gameday and travel fits

  • Edit photo and video content (Adobe Premiere Pro a plus)

  • Build headline graphics, quote cards, and other branded visuals

  • Select music and write captions for published content

  • Spot timely sports, fashion, and culture moments worth covering

What We're Looking For

  • Current college student, recent grad, or early-career creative

  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom (required); Premiere Pro a plus

  • A portfolio or work samples (professional, school, or personal projects welcome)

  • Genuine interest in football, fashion, music, and culture — it shows in the work

  • Passion for athlete storytelling and football x fashion culture

  • An innovative thinker, willing to bring and implement new ideas

  • Team-first mentality
